All e-mail address and
other personal information submitted to Pioneer Midwest, Inc. are for our use
only and will be kept private. Under no circumstances will Pioneer
Midwest, Inc. sell, distribute, or otherwise give out e-mail address and other
personal information. All on line transactions are encrypted to protect
your personal information and credit card numbers.
Returns/Exchanges:
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the
sales receipt and the following (where applicable): original product packaging,
original product tags.
All closeout sales are Final - no exceptions!
Shipping:
Customer pays all shipping costs on purchases, exchanges, and returns.
Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Oversized products are shipped via UPS ground.
International shippments will be shipped by either U.S.P.S. Air Mail or
U.P.S. Ground (Canada & Mexico) or Air.
Customers can request specific shipping methods (ie U.P.S. 2nd Day Air) at
their expense (request at info@pioneermidwest.com).
A nominal handling charge will be added to all orders and
will vary in price based on the size of the order and/or size/weight of the
package.
