Mounting of all SNS bindings is possible with skis equipped with a NIS
plate. We recommend to use "SNS adaptator" for the following bindings:
SNS PILOT SPORT, SNS PILOT EOUIPE CLASSIC. For better performance,
as seen in the World Cup, the bindings should be mounted directly on flat
classic skis. The SNS Interface adaptor is made for race skis.

This plate is required when mounting a Pilot Classic Binding onto a ski that has the NNN NIS Plate built into the ski.
